Arrowhead Financial Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries recognize the importance of protecting your personal and financial information whether we do business with you over the phone, in our offices or over the Internet. All of our employees are aware of the importance of confidentiality and the procedures that must be taken to safeguard your information. Protecting that information and your financial assets is at the core of our business.

Keeping your information Secure
Keeping your personal information secure is a responsibility we take very seriously. Our computer systems in both the Investment and the Insurance sides are designed to safeguard that information and that information is only accessed in order to serve your needs or answer your questions. We will protect your information, keeping it confidential, according to established security standards and procedures and we constantly access new technology to help us continue the finest protection we can offer.

Sharing of information
We collect the following types of non-public information: social security number, phone numbers, personal financial data and financial goals. Some information is shared with our parent company Arrowhead Credit Union, if you are a member, in order to better serve your needs. No information is ever sold to or given to any outside vendor by Arrowhead Financial Group, Inc.; Arrowhead Investment Center, LLC; Integrity Planners, Inc.; or Sawyer Cook Insurance Your investment information is shared with the Bank of New York Clearing Corporation, as they require it to execute trades and keep required records and the investment company (Annuity Company, Corporation in an individual stock purchase or Mutual Fund) or with regulators in the normal course of an audit (The Securities and Exchange Commission, National Association of Security Dealers & the California Department of Insurance). If an insurance policy is applied for or issued, information is also shared with that insurance company or with subsequent insurance companies and services that provide claims, credit or DMV information to enable us to underwrite the risk in the initial application or at a later date should it be necessary to change or improve your policy coverage or lower your premium. If we receive a subpoena or similar legal process demanding release of any information about you we will generally attempt to notify you (unless we are prohibited from doing so). Except where indicated above we do not share information with other parties or governmental agencies. Former customers' information is not shared with any outside company.

Keeping Information Accurate
We make every effort to keep information accurate. In the course of doing so we will be contacting you periodically to review your insurance needs or investment accounts. Should you find at any time that the information is not current, please call, email or write us at the address on your statements or our web site and we will make the necessary corrections.

Internet
We do not attempt to collect personal information from our web site. Visits to our web sites are anonymous with the exception of insurance quotes where only the necessary information to quote is collected. If you want to have a policy issued over the web, then additional information will be necessary to complete the transaction. In either case, the information is shared only with the insurance company in the event you elect to take the offered insurance product. Our web sites are designed to be helpful and offer numerous links to other sites. Your use of these sites is subject to the privacy policy of each and not under our control, nor do these sites share information with us.

Opt-Out Procedure
We believe that you have the right to decline disclosure of personal information that is collected in our database and shared with non-affiliated third parties. At the present time we do not share any of this information with non-affiliated third parties so this portion of the law is not applicable.
